 On behalf of President Mark Jewell, Congratulations!  The NCAE Human and Civil Rights Commission has selected your entry as the Multicultural Arts Contest state winner in K-12 Alternative School Art Work.  You will be recognized within your local.  Also, your entry will be displayed at the NCAE Convention, March 22-23, 2019.  We are delighted that you chose to participate in the observance of Martin Luther King Jr.'s, life and commitment to the ideals of justice, equality and freedom for all Americans. 

 Your name will be recognized during NCAE Representative Assembly March 22-23, 2019 as well as a press release in your area.  We are requesting a professional-quality photo be e-mailed to Derevana Leach, derevana.leach@ncae.org, by Friday, March 29, 2019.

 A plaque will be presented within your local school district during the months of April or May.  The NCAE President, Vice President, or designee will visit your school district at the appointed time and place that your teacher designates for this presentation.
